Introduction

SILIT-3500 is a block amino silicone softener, the product can be used as various textiles finishing agent (such as cotton and its blends, rayon, viscose fiber, synthetic fiber, silk, wool, etc). Especially suited for blends fabrics. SILIT-3500 have good smooth and fluffy handfeeling.

Applications

Only one thing need be attention. In fact SILIT-3500 is oil, it need make chemical emulsion inversion around 30% solid content by carefully stirring.

So factory must seriously stir it before using, pls strictly dilute it with the following method.

9312. 60kgs SILIT-3500, first add 30kgs water, keep stirring 20-30 minutes, until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.
9313. continue to add 30kgs water, keep stirring 10-20 minutes until the emulsion is homogenous and transparent.

So now it is 30% solid content emulsion and stable enough, now fty can directly add water and dilute it to any solid content.

SILIT-3500  is available in 200kg plastic drums.

Storage and shelf-life

When stored in its original packaging at a temperature of between -20°C and +50°C, SILIT-3500 may be stored for up to 12 months from its date of manufacture  (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, Chongqing Chinabase (CQCB) no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
