Introduction

SILIT-8960 is a high concentration special block structure of quaternary silicone softener, product can be used in various textile finishing, such as cotton and  polyester and blends, especially adapted to fabric that needs high hydrophilicity and stability.

Characteristics

    1. SILIT-8960 imparts superior softness and very low yellowing.
    2. Excellent product stability, SILIT-8960 dilution are extremely stable at alkali, acid or high temperature finishing bath and can be used in dyeing bath. SILIT-8960 completely avoid the problem that breaking silicone emulsion sticky roller.
    3. Provides water dilutions that have excellent compatibility with conventional textile auxiliaries, can be used with fluorocarbon soil release agents at same finishing bath.

1 Exhaustion process:

0.5~1%o.w.f. (After dilution) (30%emulsion)            

Usage :40~50×15~3min

 

 

2 Padding process:

SILIT-8960 

5~15g/L  (After dilution)   (30%emulsion)            

Usage :double-dip-double-nip

 

 

Emulsification method

SILIT-8960<60% solid content> emulsified to 30% solid content cationic emulsion

 SILIT-8960----500g

   stirring 10minutes

 +H2O ----100g; then stirring 30minutes

 +HAc (----12g)  + H2O (----200g); then slowly add the mixture and stirring 15min

 +H2O ----188g; then stirring 15minutes

Ttl.:  1000g / 30% solid content

 

 

Package

SILIT-8960 is available in 200kg plastic drums.

Storage and shelf-life

When stored in the original unopened packaging at a temperature of between +2°C and +40°C, SILIT-8960 can be used for up to 12 months after the date of manufacture marked on the packaging (DLU). Comply with storage instructions and the expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, Chongqing Chinabase (CQCB) no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
